　I have no experienc to graduated from university, at the age of 19, I happend to meet Senichi Hoshino through a mini-comic magazine, and at the age of 21 my novel”The Winning Pitcher” became a bestseller. After covering professional baseball for a few years in Japan, I moved to the U.S. in 1990 with 30 million yen in savings, switched from a press visa to a green card the following year, had my first daughter in 1995 and my second daughter in 1998, and worked hard with a lot of fun for my family and myself.
　
　Someday, one of my daughters, grandchildren, or great-grandchildren or someone will serch the word “Yoko Umeda” or
　”Sports writer” and find this site, I would be very happy.
　
　I am saying There are many things in the world more important than money.
　My daughters know that very well, and they are doing their best to make a living. But saving money is also important.
